Send an SMS to number 530 from your SKY Call SIM card
If you’re a SKY Call prepaid plan user and want to check your call and data balance, you can do so by sending a message to the number 530. Simply type “שיחות” in a message to check your call balance and receive the end date of your package, or type “גלישה” to check your data balance and receive the end date of your package. Once you’ve sent the message, you’ll receive an immediate response with your balance information.

To update your “SKY Call” internet (APN) settings on an Android and iOS device, please follow these steps:

Access “Settings” on your device.
Select “Connections” or “Network & internet” from the settings menu.
Select “Mobile networks” or “Cellular networks” from the connections menu.
Select “Access Point Names” or “APN” from the mobile networks menu.
Select “New APN” or “Add” to create a new access point.

Enter the following details for the new access point:
Name: Sky
APN: sky
Save the new access point by selecting “Save” or “OK”.

Ensure that the new access point is selected as the default by checking the radio button next to the new APN.
